Role Overview

As a vital member of our garment technology team, reporting to the senior garment technologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all samples and feedback are processed efficiently and promptly. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining ARNE's sizing and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all ARNE products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with the broader product team to facilitate clear communication across various departments, including buying, design, merchandising, operations, ecommerce, and customer service.
  • Maintain an up-to-date critical path, promptly flagging any issues to senior management to ensure production timelines are adhered to.
  • Possess a solid understanding of product testing to guarantee the delivery of high-quality items.
  • Assist in analyzing returns data and customer feedback, ensuring that any adjustments to sizing and quality are informed and positively impact the overall returns rate.
  • Maintain a customer-centric focus, driving continuous improvement with the customer's needs in mind.
  • Communicate effectively with the supply base regarding ARNE's quality procedures and standards, with the quality manager leading ongoing improvements.
  • Demonstrate initiative in a dynamic and growing business environment, making informed and commercially viable decisions.

Required Experience

  • Experience in both men's and women's apparel is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
  • A degree in fashion or garment technology is advantageous.
  • A strong passion for product quality, fit, and overall excellence.
  • Knowledge of garment sizing, grading, patterns, and fabric testing is essential.
