Role Overview

As a vital member of our garment technology team, reporting to the senior garment technologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all samples and feedback are processed efficiently and promptly. This is essential for maintaining ARNE's sizing and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantee that all ARNE products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with the broader product team to ensure effective communication across all departments, including buying, design, merchandising, operations, e-commerce, and customer service.
  • Maintain an updated critical path and promptly flag any issues to senior management to ensure production timelines are adhered to.
  • Possess a solid understanding of product testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality items.
  • Assist in analyzing returns data and customer feedback to inform necessary adjustments in sizing and quality, positively impacting the overall returns rate.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, continuously striving for improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure clear communication of ARNE's quality procedures and standards to the supply base, with the quality manager driving ongoing improvements.
  • Exhibit initiative in a dynamic and growing business environment, making informed and commercially viable decisions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in both men's and women's apparel is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
  • A degree in fashion or garment technology is advantageous.
  • A strong passion for product quality, fit, and overall excellence.
  • Knowledge of garment sizing, grading, patterns, and fabric testing is essential.
