Job Title: HR and Payroll Coordinator Part Time

We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Payroll Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and payroll management to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organisation.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, payroll processes, and employee relations to support the organisation's strategic goals.
  • Act as a key liaison between employees and management, ensuring effective communication and resolution of HR-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and compliance with HMRC regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
