Payroll Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing and managing payroll for our diverse workforce in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Processing: Accurately process payroll for our employees, ensuring timely and efficient payment.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
  • Discrepancies: Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll-related audits.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Ideally have ADP, IHCM2 experience and prior experience as a Payroll Coordinator or in a similar payroll management role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in payroll software and strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and employment laws.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numerical calculations, effective communication skills, and strong organisational and time management skills.
