Payroll Coordinator

Pertemps Leicester is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Resolve older queries on Supplier accounts.
- Timely identification and resolution of queries involving liaison by phone or written communication with internal staff and external suppliers.
- Provide support as needed for the accounts team.
- Assist the payroll manager during "payroll time" and learn how to run all 6 end-to-end payrolls, taking ownership of 2 of them.
- Responding to payroll queries from colleagues.
- Running payroll reports, plus ad-hoc reports when necessary.
- Updating the HR system with pay changes.
- Admin for our Nest Pension Schemes.
Requirements:
- 2 years payroll administration experience is essential.
- Must have End-to-end Payroll experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to prioritize and organize workload.
- A willingness to get stuck in and use own initiative.
