Payroll Coordinator

Pertemps Leicester is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Resolve older queries on Supplier accounts.
  • Timely identification and resolution of queries involving liaison by phone or written communication with internal staff and external suppliers.
  • Provide support as needed for the accounts team.
  • Assist the payroll manager during "payroll time" and learn how to run all 6 end-to-end payrolls, taking ownership of 2 of them.
  • Responding to payroll queries from colleagues.
  • Running payroll reports, plus ad-hoc reports when necessary.
  • Updating the HR system with pay changes.
  • Admin for our Nest Pension Schemes.

Requirements:

  • 2 years payroll administration experience is essential.
  • Must have End-to-end Payroll experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritize and organize workload.
  • A willingness to get stuck in and use own initiative.
