Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and process service requests through phone and email in accordance with Help Desk protocols
  • Oversee EFS Technicians' responses to service requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage the Planned Maintenance system and subcontractors following EFS standard operating procedures
  • Supervise out-of-hours telephone support, visitor management, and operational documentation
  • Gather and disseminate information related to utilities, maintenance activities, and associated costs
  • Maintain and enhance the reputation of EFS at all times

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable position
  • Familiarity with Concept, Care Manager, and Planet is advantageous
  • Proficient IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
  • Professional and polished appearance
