Marine Technical Assistant

PRO Insurance Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical Analyst to join our Insurance Services delegated DUA team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality results, meeting client service levels, and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Quality control processing work and identify anomalies and errors
- Train new team members and provide ongoing assistance for query resolution
- Deal with clients in a professional manner over the phone or via email
- Develop and maintain knowledge of various classes of business, including marine, energy, and non-marine
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel at an intermediate level
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with travel to the Gloucester or Liverpool office on a weekly basis
- Full-time position with a company pension and life insurance
- Hybrid remote work arrangement with opportunities for growth and development
