Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership to a multi-disciplinary team
  • Manage priorities and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical governance policies and procedures
  • Supervise junior medical staff and provide educational supervision
  • Contribute to research and audit projects
Requirements
  • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
  • MRCPsych or recognised equivalent
  • Section 12(2) approval and Approved Clinician approval
  • Experience of carrying out an audit project and involvement in a research project
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
