We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Relief Support Worker to join our excellent supported living service in Keynsham. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning, to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our service users.
- Administer medication and provide personal care to meet the individual needs of our service users.
- Provide active support and companionship to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Accompany individuals on leisure activities and into the community, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.
We are looking for an individual with a good understanding of social care principles and a passion for delivering high-quality care. While previous experience is not essential, you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to providing person-centered care and support.
A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are required for this role, as you will be expected to transport service users as part of your duties.
