Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our UK&I Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-quality service and maintenance to HVAC systems, working within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, resolving complex HVAC system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair work on various HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal system performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver innovative maintenance and service solutions to a wide customer base across all industry segments.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HVAC Service Engineer, with a strong background in HVAC systems, controls, and components.
  • Relevant technical qualifications in HVAC, including NVQ level 2 or equivalent F-Gas Certificate.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel as required.
