As a Desk Host, you will be the first point of contact for all passengers requiring assistance, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, responding promptly and professionally to their needs.
  • Manage the Host Desk efficiently, ensuring it is manned at all times and arranging cover when required.
  • Ensure Electric Mobility Aids (EMA) are tagged prior to going airside, maintaining a high level of safety and security.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service/reception experience is essential, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • IT literacy is required, with the ability to use technology to enhance customer service.
  • Able to obtain a security ID card and pass a basic DBS check.
  • Within commutable distance to Edinburgh Airport, with a reliable means of transportation.
