About the Role

  • Oversee and manage the marketing team's activities and workloads, guiding them to meet marketing objectives and drive commercial success.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and media partners to boost brand visibility and reputation.
  • Manage the media budget, ensuring funds are used effectively to achieve the best results and maximize ROI.
  • Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to improve the company's online presence and search rankings, driving organic traffic and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across different platforms, ensuring a strong return on investment.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and outcomes.
  • Manage Google Analytics, tracking bookings and conversions to support informed decision-making and data-driven strategies.
  • Maintain and update all portfolio websites, ensuring they meet brand and functional standards, and provide a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a marketing calendar that drives commercial success and aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, using a test-and-learn approach to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in digital marketing channels for hotels, with a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and coding (HTML, Java, Script, and CSS) is a plus.
