Key Responsibilities:

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong Expertise in SQL and Python: Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages is essential for this role.
  • Experience with Probabilistic Modeling and LLMs: Experience with probabilistic modeling and Large Language Models (LLMs) is required, particularly in building models based on raw data.
  • Familiarity with Databricks, Spark, and Data Engineering Best Practices: Familiarity with Databricks, Spark, and data engineering best practices is essential for this role.
  • Ability to Translate Complex Data into Actionable Insights: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Interview Process:

  • Introductory Conversation: An introductory conversation with our CEO and CTO to assess fit and discuss the role.
  • Take-Home Tests: Two take-home tests, one in SQL and another in Python, to evaluate technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team Meeting: A meeting with our team, either in-person or virtually, to discuss the role and answer questions.
