In the role of Business Support Administrator, you will provide essential administrative assistance to the Administration team and various support functions throughout the organization. Your organized and systematic approach will ensure that all inquiries are addressed promptly, fostering strong internal relationships and building credibility swiftly.

Role Highlights...
  • Compile, create, and distribute business communications
  • Participate in various meetings, prepare documentation, take minutes, and circulate action items
  • Prepare meeting materials for regular monthly gatherings
  • Ensure the company Intranet is updated for different business areas
  • Assist with arrangements for social and charitable events
  • Coordinate with landlords and contractors regarding maintenance and service issues
  • Generate purchase orders as needed
  • Maintain contact lists for company contractors
  • Keep organizational charts current
  • Source and reserve meeting spaces as required
  • Review invoices for hotels, couriers, and supplies
  • Complete reconciliation and coding of company credit card transactions

This position requires working five days a week in our Support Office.
