About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Director to join our team at Dentsu. As a key member of our planning department, you will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations and managing all resources to ensure our clients' marketing needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Work with our planning team to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth for our clients.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and developing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Media Planning: Develop and execute media plans that align with our clients' business objectives and drive ROI.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of planners, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a planning role, with a strong background in strategic planning and media planning.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and distill complex data into actionable insights.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
