**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production and test departments, you will be responsible for anticipating, identifying, and resolving problems, providing hands-on engineering support, and implementing improvement projects to increase efficiency and integrate new technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Management and implementation of improvement projects to increase efficiency and integrate new technologies.
  • Conduct real-time investigation and resolution of production build and test issues where the process has not been achieved right first time.
  • Supporting the introduction of new products into production.
  • Previous experience working within a production and test environment (ideally within manual processes).
  • Root cause analysis experience showing proven problem-solving detail.
  • Having been involved within Continuous Improvement developments within previous businesses.
