What We Seek in an Assistant Kitchen Manager:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager or a Senior Chef de Partie ready to advance their career. The ideal candidate will possess natural leadership qualities and a genuine passion for crafting high-quality, fresh cuisine in a welcoming environment. As the successful candidate, you will:
- Exhibit a commitment to delivering outstanding service through exceptional food
- Show enthusiasm for mentoring and developing team members
- Be an active, hands-on chef with strong communication abilities
- Manage kitchen staff schedules, training, and health and safety protocols effectively
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to showcase your creativity in designing new dishes and daily specials
