Job Introduction

Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Lincoln. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with complex needs, including EUPD and Sensory Processing Disorder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 support to an individual with complex needs, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account the individual's goals and preferences.
  • Support the individual in their daily activities, including leisure pursuits and social interactions.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience in social care, ideally in mental health, with a focus on supporting individuals with complex needs.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including days and waking nights.
  • Current Right to Work in the UK and a minimum of 6 months' employment history in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
