Your Role

  • Market Expertise: Develop and drive strategic searches for market-relevant and leadership roles at Dynatrace.
  • Talent Attraction: Push boundaries to find innovative ways to attract top talent.
  • Partnership: Foster relationships with candidates, internal stakeholders, and leadership to address strategic long-term needs.
  • Brand Ambassador: Be a passionate Dynatrace brand ambassador, working closely with our Employer Branding team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment, across technical positions and teams, ideally in the IT/Software market.
  • Sourcing Experience: Proven ability to source a variety of profiles.
  • Market Understanding: Good understanding of the SaaS market and ability to work strategically on business needs.
  • Communication Skills: Profound communication skills in English, with the ability to lead meetings and facilitate conversation.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and understand business goals.
