About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Travel Sales Professional to join our team on a homeworking basis. As a Travel Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales for worldwide holidays and providing unrivalled customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive sales enquiries from B2B customers and respond efficiently
- Deal with a mix of Retail branches, Consortium members, and homeworkers
- Assist and advise customers on a variety of travel options
- Provide first-level support to customers on any queries they may have on their booking
- Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Achieve sales targets by maximising selling opportunities of products
- Actively participate in training to enhance knowledge and personal development
Requirements:
- Experience in Tour Operations or a similar retail travel role
- Passion and enthusiasm for Travel and Holidays
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
