About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Sales Professional to join our team on a homeworking basis. As a Travel Sales Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales for worldwide holidays and providing unrivalled customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive sales enquiries from B2B customers and respond efficiently
  • Deal with a mix of Retail branches, Consortium members, and homeworkers
  • Assist and advise customers on a variety of travel options
  • Provide first-level support to customers on any queries they may have on their booking
  • Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Achieve sales targets by maximising selling opportunities of products
  • Actively participate in training to enhance knowledge and personal development

Requirements:

  • Experience in Tour Operations or a similar retail travel role
  • Passion and enthusiasm for Travel and Holidays
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
