Key Responsibilities:

  1. ServiceNow Development and Maintenance: Utilize your expertise in ServiceNow development, maintenance, and administration to ensure the smooth operation of our ServiceNow environment.
  2. Technical Implementation: Implement front-end and back-end ServiceNow applications, leveraging your technical skills to deliver high-quality solutions.
  3. Active Directory Integration: Design and implement Active Directory integration with ServiceNow, including account and attribute matching and synchronization.
  4. Knowledge Base Creation: Develop knowledge bases and integrate them with the wider ServiceNow environment, ensuring seamless information sharing.
  5. Automation and Data Manipulation: Utilize PowerShell to automate processes and manipulate data between systems, such as ServiceNow and Active Directory.
  6. Requirements Gathering: Gather user requirements and convert them into project deliverables in a structured document format, ensuring the ServiceNow team can use them for future reference.
  7. Project Delivery: Work independently to deliver results against high-level project requirements, demonstrating your ability to work under own initiative.
  8. Business as Usual Processes: Assist the ServiceNow team with daily 'business as usual' processes, including defects and incidents investigation and resolution.
  9. Integration Discovery: Conduct initial discovery work with the Technical Architect to integrate change logging between ServiceNow and Storm Conductor Telephony system.
