SC Cleared ServiceNow Developer

Our Government client is seeking an SC cleared ServiceNow Developer to join their team in Swansea. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow development, maintenance, and administration, as well as strong understanding of PowerShell automation and data manipulation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • AD authentication and federation (single sign on configurations)
  • SPML (XML) creation and SOAP API configuration
  • ServiceNow third party API integrations
  • Experience in technical implementation of front and backend ServiceNow applications
  • Previous implementation of Active Directory Integration with ServiceNow, account and attribute matching and synchronisation
  • Previous experience of creating knowledge bases and integration with the wider ServiceNow environment
  • Strong understanding and proven experience using PowerShell to automate processes and manipulate data (predominantly between systems such as ServiceNow and AD)
  • Ability to gather user requirements and convert these into project deliverables in a structured document format
  • Ability to work under own initiative against high level project requirements and deliver results
  • Good ability to undertake daily 'business as usual' processes to assist the ServiceNow team
