Job Title: ServiceNow Consultant and Developer

LA International is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant and Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Consultant and Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, including custom modules and integrations
  • Configure and troubleshoot ServiceNow instances, including authentication and federation
  • Develop and maintain knowledge bases and integration with the wider ServiceNow environment
  • Use PowerShell to automate processes and manipulate data between systems
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver project results
  • Work independently to deliver high-level project requirements and results
  • Investigate and resolve defects and incidents, and complete standard changes and platform enhancements
  • Conduct initial discovery work into integration of change logging between ServiceNow and Storm Conductor Telephony system
Requirements:
  • SC cleared ServiceNow Developer experience
  • Experience with AD authentication and federation, SPML, and ServiceNow third-party API integrations
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow development, maintenance, and administration
  • Knowledge of third-party identity applications, such as Active Roles
  • Ability to work under own initiative and deliver results
  • Good ability to undertake daily 'business as usual' processes
