Role Overview:

Deputy Maintenance Manager

G4S Facilities Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Maintenance Manager to join our team at a prestigious building in Cheltenham. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in coordinating maintenance activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the supervision of shift staff and on-site contracts, ensuring that PPM and reactive works are carried out in accordance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Monitor site operations and utilize BMS, ENMS, and FMIS outputs to optimize service delivery.
  • Maintain records and produce regular and ad hoc reports as required.
  • Undertake auditing, review productivity, drive innovation, and quality within service delivery.
The Ideal Candidate:

Essential Criteria:

  • Trained as a mechanical or electrical technician.
  • Annual retention bonus of £2,000 (pro-rata for part-time employees), subject to maintaining clearance requirements.
