Job Title: HR Service Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our small HR team as a HR Services Administrator for a period of 12 months, covering maternity leave. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment process, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of recruitment activities.
  • Process contractual changes in ESR, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with NHS terms and conditions.
  • Administer expenses and other HR-related tasks, providing excellent customer service to our employees.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Diploma/NVQ Level 4 or equivalent training and experience.
  • Experience of using Microsoft Word and Excel, with a good working knowledge of recruitment checks process to maintain NHS Safer Recruitment Standards.
  • Able to demonstrate experience of working in an office-based customer-focused environment, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
