The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for building your own portfolio of clients and candidates within the senior European Tech space and selling a range of our products from contingency, retained, and TAAS (Talent as a Service).

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing exceptional service to clients and candidates, measured by Net Promoter Score

What We Offer

We offer a competitive basic salary of £24,000 - £29,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission up to 35% (OTE Year 1 £40k, Year 2 £60k, Year 3 £100k). We also offer a range of benefits, including:
