Job Description

**Oracle CPQ Consultant**

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle CPQ Consultant to join our team at Skillsbay Limited. As a key player in driving client success, you will be responsible for the effective implementation and management of Oracle CPQ solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solution Implementation: Lead the deployment of Oracle CPQ solutions from start to finish, configuring and customizing the CPQ system to align with client needs, including setting up product catalogs, pricing rules, and quote templates.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients during the implementation phase, understanding their business processes, identifying challenges, and recommending solutions to optimize their CPQ capabilities.
  • Customization & Integration: Tailor Oracle CPQ applications to meet specific client requirements, integrating the CPQ system with existing CRM and ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment.
  • Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure effective use of the Oracle CPQ system, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve any issues that arise post-implementation.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integrations, preparing reports and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Best Practices & Innovation: Stay current with the latest Oracle CPQ features and industry best practices, proposing and implementing enhancements that drive additional value for clients and improve overall system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Oracle CPQ solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Consultative Skills: Strong ability to analyze client needs, design tailored solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Proven experience managing CPQ implementation projects, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to resolving technical and business challenges.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Oracle CPQ are highly desirable.
