Electrical Supervisor Job Opportunity

About the Role:

  1. As an Electrical Supervisor with Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd, you will lead electrical staff and work alongside other trades in the water industry, reporting to the Site Manager.
  2. You will be responsible for day-to-day planning, organizing, supervision, and control of electrical installation and testing works on electrical equipment.
  3. Scoping new works, surveys, and ensuring company safety policies are adhered to at all times.
  4. Communicating plans, programs, and safe systems of work with project stakeholders and ensuring their understanding and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leading electrical staff and ensuring the safe execution of tasks.
  2. Day-to-day planning and organization of electrical installation and testing works.
  3. Scoping new works and surveys to ensure project success.
  4. Ensuring company safety policies are adhered to at all times.
  5. Communicating plans and programs with project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Installation background within the water, power, or other heavier industrial sectors.
  2. SSSTS / SMSTS certification.
  3. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations knowledge.
  4. Electrical Trade Skills demonstrated by NVQ/Apprenticeship.
  5. C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing of Electrical Installations.
  6. ECS/CSCS Card.
  7. Full UK Driving License.
  8. Computer Literacy.

Desirable Skills:

  1. C&G Medium Risk Confined Space.
  2. Mobile Tower Erection (e.g. PASMA).
  3. Mobile Elevated Working Platforms (e.g. IPAF).
  4. First Aid at Work.
