Position Overview

We are in search of an Electrical Project Coordinator to ensure the effective execution of electrical services on our Bournemouth Contract, supervising personnel, maintaining relationships, and tracking project advancements.

  • Oversee project execution, safety protocols, quality assurance, and supplier performance.
  • Handle commercial management and reporting responsibilities.
  • Guide field supervisors to uphold safety and performance benchmarks.
  • Manage supplier partnerships and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and guarantee exceptional service delivery.
  • Report project progress and challenges to the Contract Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project financial plans.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver projects effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with NEC 3-4 contracts and healthcare project execution.
  • Qualification in Building Services, along with strong program management capabilities.
  • Background in electrical systems, with excellent communication skills.
  • Numeracy, computer proficiency, and a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability in work methods and legal eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Possession of a full UK Driving License and an enhanced DBS check.
