Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the care and support team, mentoring and supporting colleagues to provide person-centered care.
  • Manage the shift, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Support residents with daily living routines, including personal care, and provide emotional support and encouragement.
  • Update electronic care plans and risk assessments, reflecting the ever-changing needs of individuals.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to promote a positive and supportive living environment.
