About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning and development programs for employees in operational roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in an L&D Management role or team leadership role, with experience managing a team
  • Experience creating content in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Collaborative skills and the ability to analyze and challenge
  • Experience with multiple learning methodologies, eLearning tools, LMS platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Passionate about L&D and enjoying the full spectrum of strategy through to delivery
