Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Survitec. As a key member of our Customer Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to complex customer queries, and developing new and deepening existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced product and service information to customers, responding to complex questions and resolving issues promptly and appropriately.
- Record and process orders, including custom and special orders, and coordinate with internal teams as required.
- Make calls to allocated customers to develop new and deepen existing relationships, acting as a first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
- Respond to and resolve complex or advanced issue escalations, securing managerial approvals as required.
- Schedule follow-up actions and enter relevant information into our customer relationship management system to create a call plan and ensure effective customer retention and business development activities.
- Interview customers to clarify their requirements, making full and accurate notes and updating our customer records management system in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional service to customers to encourage continued use of our products and services.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of Survitec policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, to ensure your work adheres to those standards.
We are looking for an individual with experience of delivering high-quality work unsupervised, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. No formal management experience is required for this role.
