We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Box Office Assistant to join our team at The Lost Estate. As a key member of our box office team, you will be responsible for managing our box office communication channels and driving sales and upsells across multiple shows.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage box office communication channels, including phone, email, and social media
- Drive sales and upsells across multiple shows
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage waiting lists and contact wait list members when relevant tickets become available
- Report trends in queries and feedback to the Box Office Manager and wider team
- 1-2 years experience in events, arts, or commercial box office or customer service roles
- Passion for 1-to-1 interactions and sales
- Love of the Arts and Hospitality
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Exceptional written English and spelling/grammar skills
- Competitive salary: £26,000 - £28,000 pro rata, depending on experience
- 30 days annual leave, including public holidays
- Flexible working schedule, including working from home where appropriate
- Free tickets to The Lost Estate shows (subject to availability)
- Staff discount on drinks at The Lost Estate shows
