This role involves overseeing the installation process and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Installations and will be responsible for the following key duties:

  • Conducting Technical Surveys: Perform thorough assessments within customer properties to ensure accurate and efficient installations.
  • Supervising Installation Teams: Lead and manage installation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Site Inspections: Carry out regular site visits to monitor quality and address any on-site challenges.
  • Managing Remedial Works: Oversee any necessary remedial actions and warranty-related issues.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a supervisory role within the installation sector, along with a solid understanding of the plumbing industry and the broader construction field. A strong focus on customer service is essential, as effective communication with clients, installation teams, and office staff is crucial for resolving issues as they arise.
