Job Summary:

Career Legal is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Interim Senior Risk Management Expert. As a key member of our Compliance team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on financial crime compliance matters, including AML, sanctions, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead on Financial Crime Compliance: Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures to mitigate financial crime risks.
  2. Provide AML/CTF and Sanctions Advice: Offer expert guidance on AML/CTF and sanctions regulations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  3. Train and Mentor Team Members: Share your knowledge and expertise with team members, providing training and mentorship to ensure they are equipped to handle complex compliance matters.

Requirements:

  1. Qualified Lawyer: A qualified lawyer with 6+ years of relevant experience in financial crime compliance is required.
  2. Leadership and Advisory Skills: Strong leadership and advisory skills are essential to provide guidance and support to the Compliance team.
