Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Building and Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Operation Team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our direct business in the UK and Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to understand customer needs and develop sales strategies.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Manager teams to overcome obstacles and secure new business.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold-calling, lead follow-up, and outbound communications.
  • Expand the database of prospects within the territory.
  • Work with Territory Sales Managers to develop a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
  • Drive profitable sales growth to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Occasionally conduct online product demonstrations as required.
  • Regularly use and update the CRM platform (MS 365) to manage territory information.
  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, programs, and relevant legal requirements.
  • Exhibit a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with strong business acumen and a focus on driving sales growth.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English – ESSENTIAL. Fluent in German – HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business management, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in the food & beverage or life sciences market is preferred.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proficiency in sales negotiation.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong phone presence with experience in high-volume calling.
  • Experience using Dynamic CRM.
