Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving local marketing initiatives, generating leads, and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement local marketing plans to attract new members and increase sales
  • Generate leads and conduct tours of our facilities to showcase our amenities and services
  • Closing sales and meeting monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Reading Cluster Membership Sales Manager to achieve sales goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to prospective members

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in a leisure or hospitality environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-driven and motivated by achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of golf or a willingness to learn
