As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for supervising children, organizing activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. You will also work closely with other team members to provide high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being
- Organize and participate in activities, such as games, crafts, and educational tasks
- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities
- Monitor the condition of the facility and equipment and arrange for maintenance and repairs
- Update parents and carers on their child's progress and behavior
- Answer enquiries about enrolment, payments, and practices
We are looking for someone with a minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification and excellent communication skills. You should also have a positive outlook and be able to build a secure and rewarding environment for our children.
As a Nursery Manager, you will be required to have an enhanced DBS and be on the update service. You should not apply if you are on the Children's Barred List.
