We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Planner to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning daily work schedules and routing for drivers, ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage daily work schedules and routing for drivers
  • Monitor and manage driver performance, recognizing and rewarding excellence
  • Manage driver and vehicle scheduling to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure all activities within operations are carried out with the highest regard for quality and safety
  • Communicate effectively with customers on order status and any issues that may arise
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Strong knowledge of EU Tachograph Laws and Working Time Directive (WTD)
