About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Executive to join our dynamic team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our People Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting our managers and employees in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
  • Investigate and resolve employee concerns and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the People Services team to develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
  • Support the development of managers through coaching, feedback, and personal development plans.
  • Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a HR advisory role, advising/supporting managers on employee relations issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with managers and employees.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and company policies, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
