Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Administrator/Coordinator to join our team at Elite South Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance jobs, managing client communication, and ensuring efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule maintenance jobs for our team of engineers, ensuring timely completion and efficient workflow.
  • Client Communication: Manage a high volume of client communication, including phone calls and emails, to ensure effective and timely communication.
  • Inquiry Management: Address new and existing inquiries, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of client requests.
  • Job Monitoring: Regularly monitor job progress, ensuring tasks are completed and information is collected for client reporting.
  • Logistics: Arrange scaffolding as needed for projects and manage key distribution.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Proficiency: Strong administrative skills with experience in a similar role.
  • Written Communication: Excellent written English skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Strong knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Word).
  • Communication: Outstanding phone and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers and clients at all levels.
  • Initiative: Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Teamwork: Experience working in a small team is preferred.
  • Methodical Approach: Organized and able to manage changing priorities efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
