This position is ideal for someone with experience working in a school setting and a passion for supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEND, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans, ensuring students receive the necessary support to succeed.
  • Assist with daily care requirements, such as administering medication and providing physical support as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment by promoting social skills, empathy, and self-awareness among students.
  • Work closely with the school's multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive support for students with complex needs.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with students with SEND and/or behavioural difficulties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
  • High levels of patience, empathy, and understanding, with a commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of students and staff.
