The Head of Marketing Strategy will spearhead the creation of effective, long-term marketing initiatives.

This pivotal role is essential for a dynamic multi-concept dining establishment.

In this capacity, you will oversee the complete marketing division, which includes traditional advertising efforts, digital engagement, promotional activities, partnerships, and strategies to enhance customer traffic across all dining venues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive growth strategies and a digital marketing framework utilizing ROI-focused consumer tactics and data-driven acquisition methods while managing and optimizing the budget to achieve growth objectives.
  • Establish, evaluate, and communicate the effectiveness of all paid marketing initiatives and campaigns, measuring against ROI and KPI benchmarks, including subscriber growth and retention.
  • Direct the customer segmentation approach and create intelligent attribution models, ensuring the right audience receives the appropriate message through the most effective channels at optimal times.
  • Recruit and mentor the marketing team to enhance capabilities in acquisition, retention, analytics, remarketing, content creation, CRM, and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Embed data and analytics into every decision-making process. Lead marketing analytics and ROI assessments for campaigns and channels, defining Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV), while implementing thorough optimization and A/B testing strategies.
  • Collaborate with and leverage insights from the product, engineering, and data science teams to develop unique solutions that enhance performance media and drive innovation in marketing technology.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience in the hospitality and food & beverage sectors.
  • Strategic thinker with a broad perspective, looking beyond mere acquisition and performance marketing.
  • Financially astute with a solid grasp of business dynamics and the ability to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Demonstrated success in comprehensive marketing strategy and execution, covering both online and offline channels.
  • Brand-oriented with a focus on long-term vision.
  • Innovative and experimental mindset, comfortable with unconventional approaches and willing to explore beyond traditional boundaries.
