Position Overview

Artisan People Group is seeking a skilled Retail Operations Leader with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction to manage our retail outlet.

In collaboration with your supervisor, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the store's operations, including inventory oversight, operational efficiency, and local marketing strategies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the daily operations of a standalone retail outlet and its personnel
  • Driving sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and organizational goals
  • Identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities to enhance customer traffic
  • Managing payroll, scheduling, inventory assessments, and weekly performance reports
  • Coordinating and supporting in-store and external events to elevate brand visibility in collaboration with partner organizations
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff with an emphasis on professional development
  • Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer service
  • Demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach
  • Leading by example and assisting your team with daily responsibilities
  • Maintaining company standards consistently
  • Upholding the highest levels of cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
  • Facilitating training for both new and existing team members
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance community well-being and environmental sustainability, including fundraising initiatives
  • Championing community engagement efforts to inspire volunteerism and foster an inclusive atmosphere
  • Addressing any health and safety concerns promptly and effectively
  • Performing any additional reasonable tasks as directed by your supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with at least two years of experience managing a standalone retail outlet, preferably in the health and beauty sector. You should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel and SharePoint. Strong leadership and teamwork abilities are essential, as you will be expected to work collaboratively with various teams while treating all individuals with integrity and respect.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with high standards, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a retail setting, including weekends and evenings. A positive attitude and a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential while fostering a love for customer service are crucial.

A genuine appreciation for the brand and the wellness industry is advantageous.
