Job Description

East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an On-call Firefighter. As an On-call Firefighter, you will play a vital role in providing fire cover to our communities across East Sussex and Brighton and Hove.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency calls and incidents, providing a high level of service to the public.
  • Participate in regular training and development activities to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other firefighters and support staff to achieve our service's objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to improve our service.
