Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality psychological services to individuals with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals with complex mental health needs.
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions, including cognitive-behavioural therapy and psychodynamic therapy.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support for individuals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
- Participate in research and audit activities to improve service delivery and outcomes.
- Postgraduate training in clinical psychology as accredited by the British Psychological Society.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council as a Practitioner Psychologist.
- Experience of working with individuals with complex mental health needs.
- Knowledge of legislation and policy related to mental health.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
