About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Relief Security Officer to join our team in Newark-On-Trent. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their premises.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be guaranteed a minimum of 36 hours per week and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career with a leading security company.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in security, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be required to work a shift pattern that includes Monday to Sunday and will be paid between £14.30 and £15.40 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Access control and reception duties
  • Visitor and contractor access controlling
  • Monitoring fire alarms, intruder alarms, and CCTV
  • Patrolling the premises
  • Responding to site emergencies
  • Carrying out other duties reasonably requested by the client or site manager
Essential Skills
  • SIA Licence preferred
  • Door supervisor experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
