About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to join our team at CV-Library. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring that our home provides a safe, supportive, and enabling environment for our residents to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents.
  2. Develop and implement person-centred care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  3. Conduct quality audits to ensure that our home is operating safely and efficiently.
  4. Manage all aspects of the home's activity, including recruitment, supervision, appraisals, and performance management.
  5. Ensure that our home complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and the CIW.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level 5 qualification in Leadership in Health and Social Care or be enrolled on a Level 5 course. You will also need to have experience of working in a care setting and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and the Mental Capacity Act.
