We're seeking an experienced brand leader to drive growth and innovation in our high-potential wellness brand. As Head of Brand, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with external partners to drive brand visibility.


About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a brand strategy that drives awareness, growth, and engagement across multiple channels.
  • Leading creative ideation and managing in-house and external teams to deliver exceptional content.
  • Serving as the brand guardian, ensuring consistent messaging and visuals across all platforms.
  • Driving brand growth through strategic Above the Line (ATL) and Below the Line (BTL) marketing campaigns.
  • Overseeing multi-media campaigns, managing budgets and resources to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including digital, e-commerce, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Building relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to drive brand visibility.
  • Leading on innovation and ensuring the brand stays ahead of industry trends and cultural shifts.
