About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at Marmion. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and ensuring all leads are qualified and aligned with our customer profile.
  • Lead generation and research new prospects, utilizing various channels such as calling, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our portfolio of products and services.
  • Efficiently plan and manage your client portfolio, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
  • Attend regular in-person and networking events, building your personal network and promoting the Marmion brand.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of demonstrable outbound field-based B2B sales experience is essential.
  • Experience within the technology industry is desired.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Target and financially driven, with the ability to work towards sales and KPI targets.
  • Excellent commercial and business acumen.
  • Ambitious, confident, and persuasive personality.
  • High resilience, with the ability to handle objections.
